Agent USA begins with a failed experiment by the eccentric inventor Elma Sniddle, who uses a mysterious crystal as the power source for her latest TV machine. The device comes to evil life, attacks her with a beam of pure fuzz energy, and turns her into a distorted copy of herself. While the sinister television flees, Elma stumbles upon another crystal that restores her. She informs the CIB, and soon Agent USA is dispatched with a very big hat, ten crystals, and a passport to pursue the so-called Fuzzbomb. With free train tickets he travels across the country, but time is short – more and more people are being turned into mindless Fuzzbodies. If he fails, it could mean the end of the world.
