In Atomic Robo-Kid you take control of a half-human, half-cybernetic battle unit fighting through 28 hostile levels. The game scrolls horizontally as you maneuver through enemy bases and tunnels using your hover-suit. Destroyed enemies drop gems that can be collected for power-ups such as stronger or multi-directional weapons. You can hold your position mid-air for accurate aiming, but with swarms of foes and constant fire, staying alive requires sharp reflexes and careful movement.
