Cobra puts you in the shoes of a tough cop fighting his way through three side-scrolling stages – a city, a rural zone, and a factory. Waves of enemies attack with knives, axes, grenades, and guns. At the start you're unarmed and must rely on your fists, but along the way you can collect weapons such as knives, grenades, pistols, and machine guns – always with limited ammunition. Health can be restored by picking up hamburgers. But be careful – not everyone who crosses your path is an enemy, and shooting innocent civilians will cost you a life. In stages one and three, you also need to find fashion model Ingrid and escort her safely to the exit while the criminals keep coming at you.
