„Combat Crazy: Warbringer“ puts the player on a dangerous mission to eliminate Warbringer, the leader of the enemy army. The journey leads through a rainforest, a labyrinth, and a fortress, with the screen scrolling in multiple directions. Enemies are fought using a rifle or grenades, while hazards like spikes, water, and lava cause instant death. Two H-Bomb parts must be found to blow open the exit. An energy meter depletes when hit, and large turrets must be destroyed or avoided. A special function sacrifices all enemies on the screen but costs one life. Three credits allow for a continuation after a game over.
