Crossbow

Commodore 64 · 1988 · WOR

Publisher: Absolute Entertainment · Developer: Imagineering · Genre: Shooter

Crossbow tasks you with guiding a small group of unarmed companions safely through deadly environments. From a first-person view, you watch as your friends cross the screen one by one, while you use a crossbow to eliminate obstacles and hostile creatures before they reach them. Each setting introduces its own dangers, demanding quick reactions and sharp judgment of timing and priorities. As your group grows, so does the pressure, since every loss matters and the journey only ends when no one remains – tense, demanding and focused on protection and awareness.
