"Demon's Winter" takes the player to the island of Ymros, which once lived in peace after the defeat of the evil sorceress Siriadne. But two centuries later, the peace is suddenly disturbed when aggressive monsters ravage the region and an unnatural cold ravages the land. A small group of five adventurers, just beginning their journey, must band together to fight the evil. They start with little equipment and skills, but after an attack on the destroyed village of Ildryn, it becomes clear that they must find the source of the eerie creatures and the frosty plague in order to save Ymros.
