In Die Hard you fight your way through an occupied high-rise tower to rescue your trapped wife and stop a terrorist plot. Using a three-dimensional viewpoint, you explore floor by floor, search for useful items, and confront enemies with weapons or in hand-to-hand combat. Cut scenes advance the story and steadily increase the tension. Awareness, exploration, and smart use of resources determine whether you regain control or fail – a constant race against time and overwhelming odds.
