Commodore 64 · 1987 · EU
Publisher: Hewson · Developer: Mike Male · Genre: Simulator
In Evening Star, you take control of the famous steam locomotive 92220 "Evening Star" on the Bath to Bournemouth route during the 1960s. As the driver of the "Pines Express," you operate the train from a first-person cab view, managing speed, signals, gradients, and resource levels like water, steam, and coal. Seven scenarios with increasing complexity test your skills – from simple departures to full locomotive management with a randomized timetable.
