“Fernandez Must Die” is a fast-paced top-down war game in the style of “Commando,” where you take on the role of a lone soldier fighting against the dictator Fernandez, who has taken over the Republic of El Diablo. Your mission is to locate and destroy his hideouts across eight dangerous levels. Armed with unlimited bullets and limited but collectible grenades, you face hordes of enemies, landmines, and traps. Health packs offer much-needed recovery. Enemy bases are accessed via an underground tunnel network. You're not limited to foot travel—vehicles like jeeps, motorcycles, and tanks are available, but losing a life also means losing the vehicle. In 2-player mode, one player drives while the other shoots. You always resume from the point where you died last.
