They must destroy a giant alien creature in orbit around Earth... from within! You have to explore 16 maze-like levels and shoot various enemies that live in the alien. There are various objects to help you, including different weapons (effective against different enemies) and a map for each level. You must destroy 4 of the alien's organs, the kidneys, heart, lungs and finally the brain, which appear on the 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th levels respectively. However, to destroy each organ, you must find the three parts of a weapon that can bypass that organ's defenses. The levels are interconnected and although progression mostly goes from level 1 to level 2 etc., you may have to go back a bit to find all the weapon components.
