North & South puts you in the American Civil War, inspired by the comic series “Tuniques bleues.” On the main map, you move armies, manage resources, and control railroads to secure reinforcements. Battles shift into action mode with infantry, cavalry, and cannons. Train raids and fort captures play out in side view. Random events like Native American attacks can unexpectedly cost you units.
