Prince, The
Commodore 64 · 1987 · EU
Also known as: The Prince (WOR)
Publisher: Firebird Software · Developer: Marcus Charleville · Genre: Platform
In The Prince you travel across a large kingdom to rescue a princess and also convince her to escape with you. To succeed, bravery alone is not enough – you must also gather enough wealth and find all the scattered parts of a craft needed for the escape. Throughout your journey you collect gold, jewels and bravery points while exploring much of the world. Many of the crucial items are hidden inside strange and often confusing sub-games that require additional skill. At the same time, you are constantly harassed by enemy hordes that must be avoided or fought. Only by fulfilling all these demands will the princess agree to flee with you.
