Q10 Tankbuster puts you in the cockpit and sends you into hostile war zones where you destroy enemy vehicles, planes, and key targets using your front gun and bombs. Occasionally a blue helicopter appears – if hit, it drops an icon that grants more firepower, a shield, or an extra life. Taking hits from bullets or enemy machines costs a life. Once all lives are lost, the game ends. Each level concludes with a massive boss vehicle you must defeat to advance. The screen scrolls sideways constantly as you steer your aircraft.
