Red Arrows, The

Commodore 64 · 1985 · WOR

Also known as: Red Arrows

Publisher: Database Software · Developer: Database Software · Genre: Simulator

In Red Arrows you take the role of a pilot in the Royal Air Force's famous aerobatic display team and perform a series of spectacular flight maneuvers. Flying in tight formation with the other aircraft, you execute loops, rolls and precision flypasts while keeping only a few feet of distance between the planes. During the flight you receive instructions for altitude and direction that must be followed carefully to create an impressive routine and avoid collisions. Thrust and steering can be partly automated to help beginners handle the more complex controls, though doing so results in a scoring penalty.
