In Robots of Dawn, you take on the role of Earth detective Elijah Baley, sent to the distant planet Aurora to solve the murder of Dr. Han Falstofe, a leading roboticist specializing in humaniform robots. Several suspects emerge, including his rival Dr. Amadiro, his daughter Vasilia, his surrogate daughter Gladia, and the spurned ladies' man Gremionis. Even Baley's loyal partner, the robot R. Daneel Olivaw, is not beyond suspicion. You gather evidence, interrogate suspects, and face your fear of open spaces on Aurora, all while contending with the Aurorans' prejudice against Earthmen. Each playthrough differs, with a different murderer, shifting clues, and varied responses. To succeed, you must prove motive, means, and opportunity, and present your case to the Chairman of Aurora to convict the true killer.
