“Shadow Skimmer” puts the player in the role of a space pilot conducting an inspection with the Shadow Skimmer glider. When the main computer fails and blocks the return path, an alternative exit must be found. Security systems identify the glider as an intruder, forcing the player to navigate through three maze-like sections. Exits remain locked until a hidden energy generator is destroyed. Some obstacles require rotating the glider, but this makes it vulnerable. Shield energy protects against hits, but after three losses, the game ends. A laser aids in defense, but destroyed enemies are instantly replaced.
