Snare puts you in the role of Humphrey, who must recover the princess's gems stolen by aliens at the king's command to avoid execution. Across 30 single-screen levels, you must collect all the gems before time runs out and an earthquake destroys everything. Dangerous aliens, sticky blobs, bombs, teleporters, hidden treasures, and time boosts add to the challenge. A wrong move, an explosion, or running out of time costs one of your five lives.
