Star Trek - Strategic Operations Simulator
Commodore 64 · 1983 · WOR
Also known as: Star Trek : Strategic Operations Simulator (US)
Publisher: SEGA · Developer: SEGA · Genre: Shooter
“Star Trek: Strategic Operations Simulator” puts the player in command of the Enterprise, tasked with defending sectors against invading Klingon forces. The game switches between a tactical overhead map view and a cockpit perspective with a direct view of the action. Success depends on how well the player manages available resources – shields, photon torpedoes, and warp energy must be used wisely and replenished at starbases in time. The goal is not just to survive but to protect the Federation from losing strategic positions.
