Star Wars: The Arcade Game puts you directly in the cockpit of an X-wing, letting you experience the battle against the Empire firsthand. From a first-person perspective, you play as Luke Skywalker (“Red Five”) and face three phases: surviving waves of TIE Fighters, enduring the Death Star's surface gun turrets, and finally navigating the trench run to destroy the superweapon. You don't need to destroy every enemy, only survive long enough while managing your six shields. Once they are depleted and you take another hit, the game ends.
