In Thunder Force, you and a friend battle through side-scrolling levels, brawling your way through waves of enemies attacking from both sides. Punch, kick, and grab weapons to survive until the end-of-level boss appears. Getting hit drains your energy, but it slowly regenerates as you press on. In two-player mode, both fighters are on-screen, adding to the action. Score, energy, and lives are always visible, while you jump, crouch, and attack in this fast-paced, no-nonsense beat-'em-up.
