Publisher: U.S. Gold · Developer: Namco · Genre: Shooter

Xevious puts you in the cockpit of an experimental fighter as you battle invading forces across scrolling battlefields. As the terrain moves beneath you, you engage enemies in the air while striking ground targets at the same time, demanding constant awareness and precise timing. Varied formations and defensive structures create dynamic encounters where offense and evasion must be balanced carefully. The experience thrives on managing two layers of combat at once – an action-driven shooter that rewards reflexes, positioning, and focus.
