Ce hack remplace Richter par le sprite de Trevor issu de Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Beaucoup de joueurs rêvaient de pouvoir incarner Trevor dans SOTN — comme cela n'arrivera probablement jamais, ce hack est la meilleure alternative. En bonus, le sang censuré est restauré, et Trevor dispose de son arme secondaire emblématique : le Boomerang en os.
