Dragon Ball: Final Bout is a fighting game that uses the King of Fighters R-2 engine, similar to other fighting games by SKOB and BBD. It features gameplay similar to the SNES version of Dragon Ball: Final Bout and includes ten playable characters: Goku, Gohan, Cell, Frieza, Tien, Vegeta, Trunks, Kid Goku, Buu, and Piccolo, along with SSJ versions of Goku and Vegeta. A notable oddity is the use of corrupted names for some characters, such as Frizar for Frieza, Bezida for Vegeta, Tensin for Tien, and Zeru for Cell.
