This game is a reskin of Yue Nan Zhan Yi 3, frequently reused by late-era Sintax. The main character sprite resembles the Terminator more than James Bond, which might explain why a Terminator appears on the cover. It seems Sintax initially planned a Terminator game, shifted to a Bond theme, and ultimately rebranded it as a Counter-Strike game. Although Sintax filed copyrights for 007 and Terminator games, it's unclear whether they released any related titles for the Game Boy Color or if those filings reflect the game's mixed development history.
