Xian Dan Chao Ren: Ultraman is an unlicensed side-scrolling platformer by Sintax. Originally intended as a Metroid game—with Samus in the intro and a Metroid Fusion-like plot—the developers later rebranded it as *Ultraman* by only changing the title screen. Instead of borrowing from their Metroidvania-style Castlevania game, they simply reskinned their Metal Slug clone, *Yue Nan Zhan Yi 3*, swapping sprites and rearranging levels.
