In Sokkou Seitokai: Sonic Council, everything revolves around an elite group of battle-hardened students known as the Sonic Council. During the Cosmic Life Festival, numerous martial artists receive an invitation to a mysterious tournament, where the ultimate power of the universe is said to await the winner. However, skeptical of this announcement, most discard their invitations. The four members of the Sonic Council, on the other hand, can't wait and decide that the battle will happen—whether the others want it or not. Thus, an unexpected and ruthless competition ignites between the school's strongest fighters.
