During the 2050s, approximately 1 / 10th of Japan is now underwater due to the effect of global warming. The city of Tokyo was no exception. The economy of Japan is damaged by this disaster and the government is inclined to do anything to help revive the country. As a result, the Japanese government forms "JESAS", a military organization with the evil intentions of controlling the future of Japan. JESAS manipulates the launch of nuclear waste into the cosmos. To ensure their protection against other countries, JESAS has developed "R. B". Robotic weapons, which are controlled by pilots with "A. I". On the other side, a group called "Green Frontier", an international protection agency that was formed by countries sharing the same goals: to save the Earth.
