Le joueur contrôle Pac-Man à travers un labyrinthe, mangeant des pac-dots. Lorsque tous les pac-dots sont mangés, Pac-Man est porté à l'étape suivante. . Si un ennemi touche Pac-Man, il perd une vie.Quand toutes les vies ont été perdues, le jeu se termine.
