Pokémon Sapphire (also known as Pokémon Pirated Sapphire or Pokémon Bootleged Sapphire) is a pirated version of the Japanese game Pocket Monsters Sapphire. This is a poorly translated into English version of an official Pokémon game with no additional modifications. The translation replaces Option with "Rejigger", Boy and Girl with "Boy" and "Gal" respectively, and Potion with "Medecine" as well as other similar changes. Another oddity is the substitution of FY Area for the Hoenn region. The initial options for boy names are Karf, Jenn, Jon, and Tom. The initial girl names are Aida, Nina, Jane, and Mary.
