Defenders of Dynatron City est un jeu d'action sur NES. Vous jouez un groupe d'humains ayant mutés suite à la consommation d'une boisson produite par le diabolique docteur Mayhem. Son objectif est de faire muter toute la population mondiale grâce à sa boisson, mais vous décidez de l'arrêter ! Il vous faut détruire son armée de robots et atteindre son usine ! Lorsque votre personnage se fait capturer, vous pouvez toujours en jouer un autre, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tous capturés.
