A clinical trial to observe psychological changes in an enclosed environment was to be conducted in a Western-style mansion called "Gekkokan," and mystery-loving university student Takuto Fujishiro was lured to participate by the high pay offered by part-time work. The clinical trial was conducted under the following rules: "Do not leave the mansion's grounds," "Sleep during the day and be active at night," "Do not remove the EEG monitor," and "Make sure to look at the moon once a day." During the clinical trial, a tragedy occurs, and while searching for the culprit, the subjects discover a common thread.
