Sortie 2 ans plus tard, qu'apporte cette suite de Fire Pro Wrestling sur PC Engine ? Eh bien pas grand chose honnêtement ! Notons cependant que si la réalisation graphique reste du même tonneau, quasiment tous les sprites et toutes les illustrations de sélection des personnages ont été re-déssinées. Les illustrations sont d'ailleurs pour la plupart particulièrement réussies et reproduisent quasi parfaitement la vraie star qui se cache derrière les noms, encore une fois, volontairement incorrects puisque le jeu ne dispose d'aucune licence.
