Arc the Lad II est un jeu de rôle sur Playstation. Le scénario reprend l'histoire incomplète du premier jeu mais en vous mettant dans la peau d'un autre personnage, Elk. Celui-ci est amnésique et ne se rappelle que d'une chose, qu'il poursuit une personne. Au cours de son aventure, il rencontre Arc, le héros du premier jeu, et découvre qu'ils ont un but commun puisqu'ils sont à la recherche de la même personne...
