Situé dans un monde post-apocalyptique, Chamber Of The Sci-Mutant Priestess vous présente Raven, un jeune "Tuner" (mutant psionique), travaillant pour le Tuner Netwerk. Un jour, alors qu'il est en mission avec son ami Sci Fi, il assiste au massacre d'un village "Normal", par un groupe de Protozorqs (mutants physiques). Raven et Sci Fi désobéissent aux instructions du Netwerk et se battent contre les Protozorqs.
