In this world, there exists a super power called "Yang" that is the opposite of "Ai". One day, the protagonist, Sakura Haruki, is hit with a bottle full of "yang" on his way to school and ends up turning girls he knows into yandere characters. Once they have become yandere, the only way to return them to their original state is to find the "Fragment of Ai", which is a mass of "Ai", within the space filled with "Yan" that they generate, commonly known as the "Yang Zone". Will Sakura Haruki be able to escape the "Yan Zone" and bring the girls back to normal?
