With an unprecedented level of dynamism, drama and interaction, Asura's Wrath is a breath of fresh air in the world of action games. Combining intense combat with player-controlled storytelling, Asura's Wrath will introduce you to a new style of action gaming. Players will embody Asura in a mix of action and cinematic sequences that play an active role in the gameplay. Long ago in the kingdom of Shinkoku, eight deities known as the "Eight Guardians General" saved the world from a destructive force known only as Gohma. During the ensuing festivities, the Emperor of the Shinkoku was murdered in a sinister plot, and the blame was placed on Asura. In the turmoil, Asura's wife was killed and his daughter kidnapped. Even Yasha, his brother-in-law and rival, turned against him. Awakened by a voice after 12,000 years, Asura vows revenge on all those who betrayed him.
