PAR FIVE GOLF consists of a golf simulation program and a construction set, similar to Ariola's Golf Construction Set. After entering the names and number of players (up to seven), the tournament can begin. There are two prebuild golf courses to choose from, each of which has 18 holes. A surprising number of elements, such as various . Types of soil, lakes, waterholes and trees ensure that the task is not too easy and the fun remains. Furthermore, the direction of flight of the ball is also influenced by the wind (the wind direction can be seen on a display in the right half of the field). A fairly large number of “clubs” ensure that you can choose the right club for every distance and on all types of ground. The construction set is very comfortable. For example, you can edit each tree individually, giving the user almost limitless variation options. Completely new courses can thus be created and, once completed, saved on diskette or cassette.
