POUVOIR is a strategy and arcade game on the theme of urban guerrilla warfare. With 2 players, one is the police officer and the other the protester (in solo play, the protester is the computer). The police player must protect the deputy by controlling the demonstration: The policeman's victory is the arrest of all the demonstrators. The protesting player must prohibit the deputy's speech: His total victory is either the neutralization of all the police officers or the presence of demonstrators in the street below the deputy, over a length of 3 squares. The game starts at 3:15 p.m. Each round of play is worth 15 minutes and continues until 9 p.m. Without a total victory, the program delivers a partial victory depending on the number and state of survivors.
