Kukulcan is an educational graphic adventure that uses a VERB + NOUN command system. Spanning two disks, the game provides a password at the end of the first chapter to continue the journey on the second. Players travel across Mesoamerica, exploring Aztec, Mayan, and Incan sites while learning about the region's history and culture. Along the way, they encounter Hernán Cortés and the Spanish conquistadors, witness events surrounding Montezuma II, Cuauhtémoc, and the fall of Tenochtitlan, and ultimately discover Quetzalcoatl within ancient ruins high in the Andes. At any time, pressing "H" displays educational information about Mesoamerican history, technology, and culture, making the game both an adventure and a learning experience.
