In Knight Orc, the protagonist, Gringleguts the Orc, swears vengeance on all mankind for the treatment meted out to his race. The game takes place in real time, with each character following the timetable of his or her daily life. This means, for example, that the protagonist can revisit a region and find a person who had previously disappeared there. The player's decisions and timing play a key role in the outcome of the game.
