The Goonies is based on Steven Spielberg's film, in which a team of suburban children from Astoria, Oregon, must save their homes from foreclosure and find a treasure map leading to an old pirate ship in a cave. However, they must escape the Italian criminals - the Fratellis. The game is based on scenes from the movie, each of which contains puzzles that must be solved by coordinating the activities of two of the Goonies' children.
