Mile Stone
Publisher: Public Domain · Developer: Addison, David
The game consists of 106 cards. Players must accumulate milestones (a milestone means a kilometer in slang). You must go up to exactly 1000 milestones for the game to end. The game therefore includes cards representing:the distances traveled, attacks, i.e. hazards of the road (accidents, flat tires, breakdowns, etc.), and road signs (speed limit, lights) that allow you to slow down or stop your opponent. Parries, which allow you to counter the effect of attacks. Boots, which are protections against a specific attack, 4 in number. The player's freedom is mainly in the decision to apply obstacles to the opponent with the risk, if the opponent has the special protection (or boot) that he scores 300 additional points as a "Coup Fourré". Of course, this risk increases during the game as more cards are drawn.
