The TRACE is a Tron-like game where 2 or 3 players compete in a merciless battle. You control a motorcycle that generates a trace and your objective is to stay alive and/or destroy your opponents, either by crashing into them or using special items. Each player is randomly placed at the beginning of each level. Big arrows indicate the different teleport points of the level (between 2 and 4!!). Use them carefully and try to guess where they will lead you… In every level, coins and "?" items appear randomly. Coins are worth $1 and the winner receives $2, while "?" coins affect opponent's controls, release a bomb and other surprises. Try it for yourself if you dare. A full game includes 20 levels, all chosen randomly! There are 5 themes (graveyard, beach, space, Atari world and bathroom) and some screens feature elements from old ST games as a tribute to the golden age. The winner will have the right to engrave (and record) their name in the score gallery.
