WWF Wrestlemania

WWF Wrestlemania is an arcade-style wrestling game licensed by the World Wrestling Federation. The player can control one of 3 wrestlers: Hulk Hogan, the Ultimate Warrior or the British Bulldog. The player participates in sparring matches or a series of 5 matches to win the Wrestlemania title. Each opponent have a special move. Before the match begins, opponents issue a taunt, to which the player must respond in the most creative way possible. The player's goal is to pin their opponent to the ground for 3 seconds, which can only be achieved once they are weakened. Kicks, punches, and throws reduce their opponent's strength bar. When a strong opponent is down, stomping them is more effective than attempting a pinfall. Avoid leaving the ring for too long: 20 seconds of absence and the match is a draw and counts as a loss. As in the real WWF, the arena frame can be used to perform moves. Once the players make contact, the player can shake the joystick to ensure victory.
