Perhaps the best ever implementation of Patience on the Atari. It basically follows the normal rules of the traditional card game but has 3 skill levels. It is possible for you to design your own cards and use your own (HSN format) sound samples. On machines with DMA sound, the supplied sounds add to the atmosphere. On an STFM, you can get the same effects if you have Petra and Paula installed.
