Computer Scrabble is a highly sophisticated computer program which allows you and others to play Scrabble on or against your computer. The program can provide you with up to three opponents in any one game - each programmed opponent can be assigned one of four skill levels. All you need is the Computer Scrabble program and your BBC B computer. The program provides an on-screen board and all the facilities of the board game - you can even use a board while Computer Scrabble can provide a worthy opponent also also keep score! The Computer Scrabble program includes a playing vocabulary of over 8,000 words.
