The game is a remake of Chopper Rescue with some quality improvements. The game is a 2D shooter where you control the helicopter from a third-person perspective. You can turn it left/right, move it up/down, fire the rocket and drop the bomb. Mobile patrol drones and stationary rocket launchers will fire at you, so avoid them and their bullets. In certain places people are standing and screaming for help, so you should lift them up and position the helicopter above them. The helicopter will crash if it runs out of fuel or collides with the wall. There are ten prisoners in each maze. Points are earned for prisoners rescued, enemy installations destroyed, and speed.
