Ali Baba feels like a peculiar trip into a fairy-tale scene, where you probably maneuver a magic carpet through strange dangers. Unusual enemies and obstacles appear on the screen, and you have to avoid them while trying to stay in control for as long as possible. The odd mix of an oriental setting and hard-to-pin-down gameplay is exactly what gives it its appeal – a curious skill game that stands out more through its strange atmosphere than through clear rules.
