Amazon Tales takes you deep into the jungle, where you play as veterinarian Gemma Hunter, tasked with tracking down a runaway elephant. The frightened animal fled before a vaccination, and now it's your mission to find and return it safely. Across seven horizontally scrolling jungle stages, you face wild animals, tribesmen, temple guards, and deadly traps. You can throw stones to defend yourself – some enemies fall after one hit, while others require multiple strikes. But beware of spears, traps, and boulders, which cannot be destroyed. Power-ups such as extra lives and shields aid you in your journey. The ultimate goal is to bring the elephant home safely and restore your standing with the tribe.
