Blitz 2000 puts you in control of a flying saucer circling above a city of towering skyscrapers. With each pass across the screen, your craft descends as fuel runs low, forcing careful and precise action. By dropping bombs strategically, you gradually level the buildings to create a safe landing zone. The appeal comes from balancing time pressure, planning and accurate control, as only a completely cleared city allows a successful landing.
